SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Our wallcoverings can take up to 5 weeks for production. Items that are in stock will typically ship within 5 business days. Thank you for your patience.
Rush options are available for a fee of $250 per item and 2 weeks production, plus transit time.
Transit time for your order depends on the speed you chose at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent a notification with your tracking number and estimated delivery.
*Shipping rates to certain regions vary. Oversize items may require additional handling fees, which are displayed at checkout. In the event of a significant difference of shipping charges, you will be notified before your order ships and you must approve the additional charge.
All international importation charges will be automatically billed to the customer. If you'd like an estimate on the duties and fees that may be charged to import, please contact us.
Because our lead times vary, items will be shipped together if possible, but might be shipped separately. You will receive an e-mail once the item(s) has shipped with tracking information.
All of our shipments require a signature.
C. Greene Studio is not responsible for additional shipping fees if you are not available to receive your package.
All Wallpaper orders are final.
We do not accept returns and do not grant refunds or store credit, as they are made-to-order. This applies to both yardage of wallpaper and samples.
Pillows and La Poubelles:
We inspect all orders before shipping. If you believe you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please submit a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org within three (3) calendar days along with:
- Photographs of the damage to the goods
- Photographs of the damaged packaging
- The original packaging must be kept intact for inspection by the carrier
All damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled orders must be returned to C. Greene Studio in order to begin the replacement process at our expense.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, occasionally there are times when items are presently unavailable but will be back in stock soon. In this case you may notice a "pre-order" option on a product you're interested in. Please contact email@example.com if you wish to receive an estimated arrival time.
